When you purchase a product, Terms & Content grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the product for your own personal, noncommercial educational use.

You may not:

• Represent the materials as your own work.

This license ends if you materially violate these Terms.

The website, guide, PDF, text, design, checklists, examples, templates, and other materials provided by Terms & Content are owned by or licensed to Terms & Content and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited personal-use license above, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Digital-product sales are final once the guide has been accessed, meaning the web guide has been opened or the PDF has been downloaded. If you purchased the guide and have not accessed it, contact us at termsandcontent@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase so we can review your request.

If you experience a technical delivery problem, including a link that will not open or an email you never received, contact us at termsandcontent@gmail.com so we can make sure you receive what you paid for. For duplicate charges or payments you do not recognize, contact us before disputing the charge so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

The website and products are provided for general educational purposes and on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Terms & Content does not guarantee that the information will be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for your particular situation.

Terms & Content does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or digital products, although we will make reasonable efforts to address reported delivery or access problems.
