Refund Policy

Terms & Content sells digital products that are delivered immediately after purchase.

All sales are final once the Brand Deal Checklist + FTC Disclosure Guide has been accessed, meaning the web guide has been opened or the PDF has been downloaded. Because the full product is delivered at the moment of access, we do not offer refunds after that point.

If you purchased the guide and have not accessed it, contact us at termsandcontent@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request.

If you have a technical problem, such as a link that will not open or an email you never received, contact us at termsandcontent@gmail.com. We will make sure you receive what you paid for.

For duplicate charges or a payment you do not recognize, email us before disputing the charge and we will resolve it.
